Why do NRIs need voting rights in India?
They are the ones who left India for their better prospects.  They now live across the globe with little intimate knowledge of ground realities of this land, its challenges, its evolution since they left and the way its heart throbs.  They only have dewy eyed memories, fed constantly by relatives here with their own biases and politics.
NRIs neither know the issues at hand, nor do they pay taxes here.
How can they be given such an important basic Constituional right, the right to vote here in India when they chose to live in other lands, pay taxes there and participate in the political  processes there?

  All our Puranas n mythologies are basically stories created to propagate concepts that the writers were promoting. and every subsequent re-writer gilded the previous -- the whole system elastic enough to accommodate differences and flavors to cater to different cultures, North, South, E ast, West, etc. So how about Our (2021) interpretations?
